How to Break the Habit of Negativity
Not all habits are bad for you, but when the habit of negativity becomes a proclivity, it's time to break your habit and rethink your life.
Happy Thoughts = A Happy Life
It is easy to become a Negative 'Nancy' or 'Ned' when all you have in your life is stress. It is also just as easy to become a Positive 'Polly' or 'Paul' when you change the way you think. Getting to happy takes two easy steps. You can go from living in negativity to living in positivity by breaking your habit with harmony and balance.
Attitude Adjustment = A Different You
If you walk around with a negative attitude, you will be a negative person the rest of your life. The negativity you project will be what others see. When you have the habit of being negative all the time, you cannot break the chains that bind your life. Becoming a different you is not difficult if you adjust your attitude. You have to learn to forgive and forget in order to break the negativity habit.
Breaking the Cycle = Positive Thinking
The negativity habit can cause an endless circle that cannot be broken. If you continue to think negative thoughts, feel negative emotions, and speak negatively, then you will always go in circles. Breaking the cycle of negativity equals positive thinking. When you think positive thoughts, you can get off the emotional roller-coaster and your words are no longer harmful.
It does not matter what life throws your way, you have to live in the positive instead of the negative. Break the negativity habit by thinking happy thoughts, adjusting your attitude, and thinking positively. You cannot begin to forge your way out of negativity unless you begin to change.
