Now, I have learned that I should have been doing these things all along because they benefit my life in so many ways. I had just been scared that I wouldn’t stick to an exercise program but with the confidence I have grown, I have been doing the same program for 2 months. I didn’t want to get up in the morning because I kept telling myself I wasn’t a morning person but the fact was I convinced myself I was tired when I wasn’t. I have been getting up at 8:00 a.m. for 3 weeks straight now.
