And in the gospel of Thomas, which was found in the deserts of Egypt in 1945 and just recently has come back to us, Jesus said that God is within you and God is without you. In the other gospels, he's saying, you will find the kingdom within. In this gospel, he says, "Yeah, you'll find it within, but you're also going to find it outside of you." So we have to honor and take sacredly the work and the practices both on the outside and in the inside, and we do that, we're going to be capable of actually being of service compassionate, skillful, loving, service to our world and to all sentient beings. That is truly I believe the purpose of any healthy Christianity or any religion for that matter. It's the path of compassion, the path of love, the path of service.
