While personality is essentially set in stone, there are different traits that you can work to develop over time. These are things you have to be willing to put the work into because you cannot develop them overnight. All of these traits will serve you well and help you to become a better person over all. These will ensure that you have a character that people respond to and a character that people know that they can depend on. Keep Your Promises
